Sustainability Policy

Based on our founding spirit and corporate philosophy of “mutual complementation,” Hyperion Yen Trading, which operates globally, considers addressing global environmental and social issues to be one of the most important management policies, and “contributes to the realization of a sustainable society.”

We strive to disclose information accurately, clearly and promptly, and to expand the information we disclose. Through two-way dialogue with stakeholders, we take society’s expectations and requests seriously and aim to become a trusted company by putting these into practice.
Strengthen sustainable supply chain and business investment management
We will strive to prevent problems and provide ongoing consideration for the conservation of the global environment, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, prevention of pollution and resource circulation, protection of biodiversity and ecosystems, and fundamental human and labor rights, and promote sustainable business activities.
We strive to make effective use of resources (air, water, land, food, minerals, fossil fuels, plants and animals, etc.) in the supply chains of our business investments and products, to respect human rights, and to consider occupational health and safety. We ask our business partners to understand and practice our approach to sustainability, and aim to build a sustainable value chain.

Education and enlightenment of employees to promote sustainability
Since “it is each and every employee who promotes sustainability,” we will provide education and enlightenment activities to foster awareness of important issues among employees.
